CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
This website uses SSLA Secured processing to encrypt credit card information provided as part of an order placed through our online shop. This eliminates the risk of the decoding of that information by anyone other than Peter Beaton Studio for the purposes of processing your order. To check the security of your connection, look at the bottom of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then the secured processing is active. You can also verify secured processing by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
Peter Beaton Studio does not employ "cookies" in order to gain information about people visiting our website.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Peter Beaton Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to modify or correct any error or omissions in any portion of this website. From time to time, we may use visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Returns or exchanges on any full price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Return and exchanges must be accompanied by sales receipt and credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Products must be in good condition with hangtags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- When shipping a return, please include a copy of your receipt, or the receipt number plus your name, phone #, and e-mail address.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- Sale merchandise discounted 50 percent off or more is considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may only be expedited and require an additional fee. Ground shipping is not available.
- Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.
- Other than the u.s. territories we cannot ship to any other destination outside of the united states at this time.
- All expedited orders require a street address.
- You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
- Please note: expected shipment times appearing on the product detail page specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
